Maria, We just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate everything you and your office did for us during our recent home-buying process. First of all, we came to Ocean Isle Beach the weekend of New Years searching on our own for the perfect "second home" - just riding around to see what we could find and we came across a house we wanted to see. You happened to be the listing agent. We gave you a call and you immediately came out to show it to us. Without even making an appointment with you in advance, you took us to see several other homes that very day. It was amazing how you "read" us so quickly and determined exactly what homes to show us. We met with you the next day and you took us to see the house we ended up buying, but not before we called you from our home in Hickory, NC having you investigate several other houses we saw online.
Whatever we would call you about, you would go to preview - take pictures to email to us and gather all tax information, restrictions, etc. to send us within hours. We have never had such service. When we finally decided on the house you had shown us just the second day we were with you, from the time we made the offer you took care of everything. The only thing we had to worry about was picking a closing date and bringing our money to closing - the rest was done. We appreciate the way you continued to check on the house (it was new construction) from the time our offer was accepted until closing to make sure everything was getting done in a timely manner and to our expectations. We also appreciate the wonderful gift you gave us at closing and the way you continue to be helpful in helping us get totally moved in. This is a second home for us at this point, but we are anticipating many, many wonderful times in this perfect beach home. We have purchased several properties through the years and have never had the type service we received from you and your office.
